In this class you can expect to cover a series of full body warm ups, breathing exercises, myofascial stretches and ELDOA postures.

Adi’s background in therapeutic training consists of certifications in ELDOA, SOMA training and Functional Range Systems (FRCms). His focus ensures your body will be prepared to handle any physical challenge while lowering the risk of injury. His approach can be applied to anyone with existing injuries as his class style and cues can be adapted to every individual. These principles go far beyond traditional stretching and instead go deep into the specific individual tissues and joints that we use for movement.
You’ll be encouraged to actively find new ways of moving your body you once thought would be unachievable. His motto “Prehab Not Rehab” is at the center of his approach, you’ll see benefits from these workouts well past the time after a class.
